I love it! We saw a small dog in that costume on Halloween while trick or treating
oh my goodness! When Target hits their 75% and 90% off Halloween things you should load up on the cuteness.
It looks like a hot dog back pack made for the elementary school age chihuahuas...like similar to what Hannah Montana is for a 5th grader.
